  1. File Delivery Problems

    You should receive an automated email with information about downloading your files. Please note that these emails sometimes get sent to "spam" or "junk mail" folders, so check there if you don't see the message in your inbox. Although we send this email immediately, due to network traffic and other issues, it can sometimes take up to 10 minutes for it to arrive.

  2. Returns

    Because of the digital nature of our products, absolutely no refunds are given for ChromaVault products. All sales are final. If you receive a defective file, contact us and we will provide a replacement file.

  3. Sharing Files

    In accordance with the End User License Agreement, you may not make copies of ChromaVault files other than for backup purposes.

  4. Backup Copies

    As part of our End User License Agreement, you are permitted to make one copy of your ChromaVault products as a backup. However, these files may not be used for any other purpose.

  5. Using Files

    Please note that we are unable to provide assistance with using or integrating our products with any software packages.

    However, you can often find the information you need from the manufacturer's website, manual or technical support staff. We suggest you refer to these resources for assistance.

  6. Compatibility

    ChromaVault products are compatible with nearly every video editing, animation and rednering program as long as it supports chroma key technology and can use JPEG or PNG files. Some products may require Alpha Channel support for transparency.
    Some of the major programs our products should be compatible with inculde:

    • Adobe AfterEffects
    • FinalCut and FinalCut Pro
    • Adobe Premiere
    • Apple Motion
    • iMovie

    Please note that if your program isn't listed it does not necessarily mean it is not compatible; we recommend searching your software's help files or contacting technical support to establish compatability. 
    Unfortunately, Windows Movie Maker does not support chroma keying.
    We are unable to provide refunds for products tha are not compatible with your software, so please verify compatability before purchasing.
